COVID-19 Update

Current COVID-19 Response and Safety Information.

May 11, 2022:
As a healthcare setting in Alameda County, we are still required to wear face coverings in the studio.
Even if you are fully vaccinated. We are a healthcare setting and work with immunocompromised clients. Please spread Love, not COVID-19.

We have strict policies in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 to you and our loved ones. We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, clients, and associates very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We continue to offer Telehealth options for your safety. We also offer in-person sessions with modifications.

In-Person Session Modifications
Our therapists wear N-95 masks and everyone in the building must wear face coverings. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we practice social distancing and hand-washing in the waiting room. After you wash your hands, we take you back to our well-ventilated (the building has HEPA HVAC and each room has air filters) and sanitized treatment room, where we take your temperature and check in.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our clients and communities as needed.
For more information about COVID-19 and what you can do to keep healthy and safe, visit the Centers for Disease Control at cdc.gov or Alameda County’s latest info.
Client Responsibilities
In order to keep everyone’s risk as low as possible, we ask that in-person clients:
1. Prepay for their reservation 24-hours prior to their appointment time.
2. Pass the COVID screen questionnaire prior to every session.
3. Agree to and sign a COVID-19 waiver.
(links to above policies are available after successfully booking an appointment. New clients must prepay for any first service).
